Business Systems Analyst Qualifications
* 3+ years of telecommunications provider industry experience and
domain knowledge
* 3-5+ years of Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Requirements
and Solution Definition, and Requirements Management (RUP, UML
diagrams, Use Cases, Activity, Sequence, Data Flow, and XPath or ER
Diagrams
* Strength in gathering and do***enting requirements based on
functionality, workflow, and business rules
* Ability to establish Business Cases; prepare specification do***ents
and Use Cases, and effectively manage the requirements
* Solid experience / familiarity with XML based systems and
applications
* Familiarity with XML, validation of XPath, and use of XML Spy or
related tools
* Solid experience as a Business, Systems, and Data Analyst using
iterative software development lifecycle principles
