* Strong mainframe skills; COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM files and utilities,
JCL, utilities, and FTP
* Experience with SWIFT messages, Mercator, and MQ Queues
* Ability to work well independently
* Ability to read and understand technical do***ents
* Knowledge and experience in methodologies of the Project Life Cycle
* Knowledge and experience in all phases of research, design,
development, and testing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven analytical ability
