DESCRIPTION:
Metallurgist - This person is going to be groomed to replace the
individual he
is going to re****t to. The person he re****ts to is the V P of Technology
for
the company who is currently 63 yrs of age and approaching retirement.
They are
looking for someone familiar with the steel industry. They want someone
able to
communicate, visit with customers and able to give talks to organizations.
Some
travel is required, around 10%.This person will be a stand alone type
individual, they will be involved with purchasing, quality,writing
procedures,
and helping to make better products.Their customer base is the pulp and
paper
industry, the mining industries, the asphat industries, and the cement
industries or anyone who has wear resistance problems. The company has
been in
business since 1968 is privately held, with approximately 200 employess
and 4
locations
