DESCRIPTION:
POSITION: Nurse Director of Acute Rehab
LOCATION: Birmingham, AL
POSITION SUMMARY:
Looking for a leader to manage 21 beds and 32 full time employee's, with a
mix
or rehab patients. Responsible for department specific cost targets,
employee
satisfaction and turnover, clinical competency, patient satisfaction and
over
all leader****p of department on a 24 hour basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should have BSN with Masters preferred. Previous leader****p in
a
Rehab setting preferred. RN license in the State of Alabama or the
ability to
obtain required.
