POSITION: Director of Neurology/Neurosurgery
LOCATION: Birmingham, AL
POSITION SUMMARY:
Looking for a leader to manage 21 beds and 39 full time employee's.
Responsible for department specific cost targets, employee satisfaction
and
turnover, clinical competency, patient satisfaction and over all
leader****p of
department on a 24 hour basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Master's
level
education preferred. A background of three to five years management
experience
in a Neurological and/or Medical/Surgical setting. Experience in JCAHO
Stroke
Center Certification a strong plus. Extensive clinical experience in a
Neuroscience setting and Neuro Certification preferred.
