DESCRIPTION:
Production Supervisor - Automotive Manufacturing
This position will lead the manufacturing group with: safety, morale,
schedule
attainment, quality, production, and policy / procedure enforcement. This
is an
off ****ft position - SECOND ****FT. This is a growing plant, going through
several new product launches.
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Must
have
demonstrated strong leader****p skill and abilities. A minimum of three
years
experience as a supervisor in a high volume manufacturing environment is
required. Automotive experience a strong plus. Good mechanical
troubleshooting
skills are plus.
