Our client is a fast growing company in the services industry. Due to
their continued record growth, we are looking for a Property Scout to
join their team. This position will be responsible for locating
different properties nationwide, negotiating rates, and thus providing
options to the project coordinators in the company. This position is
a training ground for growth into the Project Coordinator position =96 a
great way to get in on the ground floor, learn the ropes and move up!
Salary is $27-30k with great benefits. Company located in Buckhead!

Requirements:
=95 Proven Internet Researching skills
=95 Must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook( or other
email product))
=95 Must have excellent communication skills
=95 Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
=95 Proven ability to work well with numbers.
=95 Detail oriented and organized =96 this is a high transaction
environment
=95 Bachelors Degree or equivalent
