SENIOR DATABASE ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION
=B7 A comprehensive understanding of SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
=B7 A thorough understanding of relational database design, data
modeling, and stored procedures.
=B7 Expert in writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and
triggers.
=B7 Tuning for performance of existing stored procedures and re****ts.
=B7 Design of database architecture and implement stored procedures,
triggers, and views for in-house applications integrated and
Enterprise systems.
=B7 Experience using Microsoft Access to create tables, run queries, and
scrub data.
=B7 Conduct requirements analysis, data modeling, and logical design of
relational databases to sup****t e-marketing Internet applications.
=B7 Analysis and management of recruiting data for eMarketing events
such as clinical educational programs, web conferences, etc.
=B7 Analysis and management of program participation data to eMarketing
events.
=B7 Analysis for comparing lists of participants against internal user
tables, loading new participants to internal databases, and data
scrubbing.
=B7 Data mining based on client and internal needs/requirements.
=B7 Set up and maintenance of system capabilities for programs.
=B7 Plan and guide the migration of legacy databases to new re-designed
database.
=B7 Create re****ts using Microsoft SQL Re****ting for eMarketing event
participation, completion, incentive issuing, and financial re****ts.
=B7 Convert manual/labor intensive data related processes to automated
processes with standardized re****ts and will develop ad hoc queries to
answer specific questions as required.
=B7 Do***ent processes concerning all aspects of database administration
including enterprise standards, data modification procedures.
=B7 Implement database guidelines for junior DBA's and new team members.
=B7 Educate development staff on good practices in database design,
stored procedure creation, SQL Server Architecture.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with SQL scripting, Business Intelligence, Data analysis,
Database re****ting, Data warehousing, Data mining and Database
replication using SQL Server 2000 databases. * A minimum 5 years
experience in database design, administration, and Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical experience. *
Strong oral and written communication skills. * You must not only be
technical, but you must show experience in delighting customers and
end-users. * Demonstrated knowledge and experience in current
Microsoft based application technologies - Windows XP, Internet
Explorer, .Net Technologies, SQL Server. Knowledge of Customer
Relation****p Management concepts, Database queries for re****ting, and
web application concepts. * 5 years experience providing excellent
customer satisfaction and service skills. You must have the ability to
listen and understands customer's needs, responds in a timely and
helpful manner. You must display dedication to customer service, and
exhibit problem owner****p. * Interpersonal Skills - Ability to relates
to and interact with others in a positive way that results in
cooperation and mutual respect. * Ability to collaborate with others
within and outside the work unit to effectively achieve results;
resists territorial behavior; discourages boundaries while promoting
open pursuit of company goals across the organization. * Ability to
communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customers and
coworkers. * Ability to do presentations and capable of explaining
technical concepts to non-technical people. * Ability to develop cost

and make work assignments to meet objectives. * Ability to manage

Responsible for customer production systems hosted by Allscripts, and
managing the loading of new user lists and content. * Responsible for
the problem resolution process of production systems. * Works with the
IT development team to create hot fixes, service packs, and
maintenance releases to address customer issues. * Understands and
follows SLA agreements for our Production Systems, develops metrics
that measures compliance, and works with teams to meet SLA
requirements. * Provides guidance to the technology, program
management, and operation staff in the solution of software related
problems. * An understanding of .Net Technologies - C#, ASP.NET, XML.

SQL. * TestDirector, QuickTestPro, Microsoft Test Application. *
Visual Source Safe. * Microsoft Project. * Bachelor degree in Computer
