DBA / Database Adminstrator / Database Sup****t
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provide first level sup****t for database related issues as they
relate to production applications, clients and internal project
managers. * Trouble shoot and resolve data related issues logged by
customer. * Maintain existing client data feeds and integrate new
client data feeds into the website. * Write and maintain T-SQL
triggers, functions, and procedures for the software development staff
as needed. * Create and maintain re****ts to sup****t the business such
as Web Trends, and Excel Pivot Tables. * Work on data extraction and
load processes including DTS packages. * Provide 24x7 sup****t.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
The qualified candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
* BA/BS Degree in BSCS or related software development field * 2-3
years of SQL Server DBA experience in an operations environment *
Minimum of 2 years T-SQL experience * Excellenet communication skills
essential * Experience with XML (parsing, loading and ex****ting of xml
files) a plus * Experience with Data Transformation Services or SQL
server integration services a plus * Must be able to work with minimum
supervision and meet tight deadlines
