Position Description: Client Services- Desktop sup****t. Person hired would
be responsible for the delivery of customer sup****t services. Resolves
problems, performs upgrades, and maintains end user equipment such as
desktops, hardware and software. This position is requested to provide
Desktop Sup****t at the DBG office located at the DBG Latham NY branch
office. â• a Serve as 3rd level escalation point for extremely
complex issues and problems that involve a high level of complexity or
severity. â• a Serve as subject matter expert for desktop related
projects. â• a Close out tickets as assigned from queue
coordinator/team lead. â• a Install and configure wireless devices.
â• a Perform level two and level three troubleshooting and ticket
resolution. â• a Install computers, monitors, image on machine.
â• a Fix machines that will not boot properly, scanners, etc.
â• a Consult with client to determine needs and identify issues.
â• a May mentor less experienced staff on technical aspects of
desktop problem resolution. â• a May be asked to work ****fts and be
available for weekend or after-hours projects â• a Assist with
installs, moves, adds, changes (IMACs). â• a Perform other duties as
assigned or required â• a May be asked to lift objects over 30lb.
