Position Description:
Ideally, my client would like to hire an experienced and talented BPM
Solutions specialist who can develop custom BPM applications including
design and development of business process maps and forms using
Metastorm's “e-Work Designer" and "e-Work Developer” software.
You will also write client and server side scripts, and provide
integration with .NET web services. This person will interface with
clients and business users to determine business requirements.
IM****TANT NOTE: My client will consider candidates who have experience
with work flow analysis, BPM, and/or business process automation
experience in a .NET environment. METASTORM EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
Qualifications:
• Five years experience in a .NET software development environment
preferred, of which 3-5 years should be in business process analysis and
requirements definition.
• Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science and/or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or other
disciplined systems engineering approach and methodology.
• Knowledge of BPM application software is strongly preferred. This
experience may include: mapping work flows, writing browser and server
scripts, developing and integrating with web services and developing
custom controls.
• Relational Databases with basic SQL Skills
• Web Technologies - HTML, DHTML, VB Script, JavaScript, IIS
• GUI Design and Development
• Windows Services/DLLs/DCOM
• Directories
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• MS-Office, VISIO, Project, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
Certified in the use of Metastorm’s “e-Work Designer” and “e-Work
Developer” BPM tool suite.
Compensation:
$75000 to $120000 base, dependent on relevant experience + bonus plan
