We are currently looking for a Project Manager in our Yardley facility.
The Project Manager oversees and manages activities related to assigned
projects with primary responsibilities for ensuring that the team meets
project objectives and deliverables on-time and within budget. Manages
work integration, scope, expectations, quality, time, cost, risk,
procurement and communication for the team. Implements and manages
company methodologies.
Responsibilities:
· Project Planning and Implementation: Implements and manages
project plans and sub-plans for each phase of the project lifecycle
including timetable, resource strategies, design, construction, testing,
training, implementation, deliverables and project closeout activities
· Direction and Coordination: Identifies ways to resolve both
technical and operational strategies. Ensures that the functional
requirements meet users’ needs and are consistent with the objectives and
scope of the business project. Safeguards progress and evaluates day to
day tasks and consequences for project
· Communication: Interact at all levels of the organization to
exchange technical, operational information, resolve problems, coordinate
briefings and obtain approvals
· Guidelines: Implements and manages methodologies, do***entation,
project records, policies, procedures, strategies and standards as required
· Training and Mentoring: Provide, establish or acquire technical
and operational training, advice, guidance, and recommendations as
required. Translate technical requirements for non-technical personnel.
Train personnel at all levels of the organization as required
· Sup****t as required in project cost management
· Manage time allocation methods for cost and expense management
· Follow compliance to administrative and regulatory requirements
· Establish, maintain and encourage high quality standards
· Attend staff meetings
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education or
experience
· 5+ years of software development or IT specialty of increasing
complexity and responsibility
