Description:
Responsibilities for the Director – Strategy and Finance include:
- Driving the analysis that sup****ts firm-wide strategy and operational
initiatives
- Developing analytical frameworks to assist decision-making by senior
management on core business strategy, new product and pricing initiatives
- Aiding in business development, budgeting and international expansion
- Interacting regularly on these initiatives with all members of the
management committee, operating unit heads and the product development
team
- Leading or being integrally involved in various capital markets
initiatives including fund-raising (public/private) and acquisitions
- Conducting hands-on financial and business operations modeling that
incor****ates internal and external data sources
- Budgeting and forecasting (including strategic planning and pro-forma
analysis)
- Managing product pricing
- Preparing materials for the board of directors
- Producing M&A evaluation and analysis (including valuation)
- Working on market sizing by product type, custom segment and region
- Conducting competitor and comparable company analysis
- Providing compensation planning and analysis
Required Skills:
- 7-12 years strategic analysis, consulting and investment management
experience
- Operating experience at an on-line business
- MBA
