Description: The Director of Test Security will be responsible for all
areas of test security (including all *****sment products).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
„X Develop and maintain a security plan for all test security along with
policies and procedures for the enterprise.
„X Develop a budget for *****sment product security.
„X Establish a formal escalation plan, develop a set of pre-authorized
remedial actions and develop an internal process for reviewing
allegations.
„X Oversee and investigate all incidents that may or may not lead to a
breach declaration in accordance with the Test Security Procedures
established.
„X Develop, implement and systematize a mechanism for internal
investigations of suspected test abuse, to include: checking study
materials and review courses, chat room monitoring, e-Bay auctions etc.
„X Manage all resolution of incidents coordinating activities across
several departments.
„X Coordinate related work with legal counsel.
„X Manage contracts evaluation of re****ts from outside vendors for test
security services;
„X Train staff on test security issues and policies;
„X Monitor tip line;
„X Coordinate test security procedures with business facilities as it
relates to the disaster recovery plan and building security issues;
„X Develop and perform periodic audits of all personnel and procedures to
insure compliance (within the facility and at meetings or other remote
sites); make recommendations to alter or enhance policy and procedure
where needed;
„X Develop and perform periodic audits on any and all test related third
party vendors (computer testing vendors, proctors, chart auditors,
consultants, etc) and make appropriate recommendations for improvement;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
„X Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Access.
„X Thorough understanding of the work of testing policies and procedures.
„X Quality assurance experience, investigative and audit background.
„X Analytical, strict attention to detail.
„X Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
„X Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
„X Ability to link elements from technical and non-technical areas and
staff.
„X Willing and able to remain unbiased and unthreatened in the
environment.
„X Able to respect and handle confidential information.
„X High degree of reliability and integrity.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred and 5 years related
experience.
