Description: BSA Compliance Staff
$4.7 billion community bank with 64 offices and 1,100 employees serving
11 counties across Central Florida has multiple positions available for
BSA Compliance staff at various levels - from BSA Analyst to BSA
Manager.
Minimum requirements are:
•
2-3 years of experience in AML/BSA compliance
•
Strong written and verbal communications skills
•
Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple
priorities simultaneously
•
Proficiency in various PC applications (preferably MS Word, MS Excel,
Jack Henry, Nautilus, Accurint, etc.)
•
Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures
•
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations and
regulatory issuances
Previous experience in a branch or with a regulatory agency or audit firm
is a plus.
Familiarity with Patriot Officer software is desirable.
CAMS certification for more senior roles is strongly preferred.
