=B7 7+ Years of experience in Automotive CAE
=B7 5+ Years of experience in Safety
=B7 2+ Years of experience in leading a team of 2+ engineers
=B7 Hands on experience in CAE software:
=B7 ANSA/Hypermesh
=B7 LS-Dyna/Radioss/Pam-Crash
=B7 Ability to root cause failure modes and come up with proven
design and engineering solutions
=B7 Ability to work with OEM and ensure product life cycle
timing is met
=B7 Ability to work with testing facility and to correlate with
test results
=B7 Ability to interpret federal requirements
