Oracle HR Applications Technical Developer

Role Description: We are seeking an Oracle technical and functional
applications developer. This person will perform a variety of roles,
including requirements gathering, systems analysis, design,
development, configuration, implementation, and continued sup****t for
one or more Oracle v11.5.10 application modules (preferably HR
components).

Responsibilities:

* Complete projects in timely fa****on including analysis, development,
do***entation, maintenance and testing * Identify and implement system
process improvements. * Create Oracle Re****ts, Forms and Discoverer
re****ts based on business requirements. * Participate in the build,
sup****t and maintenance of Oracle application workflows and
customizations. * Communicate progress and/or issues associated with
project completion to management * Design, develop, implement and
maintain interfaces based on business requirements.

Required skills:

* 5+ years experience with Oracle applications 11.5.9/11.5.10 Oracle
PL*SQL, Stored Procedures, SQL*Loader, Oracle Discoverer, ADI, Oracle
Re****ts Builder, XML publisher, OA Framework, Oracle Workflow, APIs,
and interface development. * Working knowledge of UNIX shell scripts.
* Functional understanding of Hyperion and HR applications a plus,
particularly ESS (Employee Self-Service) and CWB (Compensation
Workbench). * BS, BA or higher in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering
or related degree with formal technical training. * Familiarity or
prior experience in PERL is not required, but useful. * Oracle
certification a plus.
