QA Analyst
Required Skills Experience in the software development life cycle,
specifically in Quality Assurance. Ability to develop a strong
relation****p between project teams. Ability to manage multiple
projects concurrently. Knowledge of MS Project, or similar scheduling
tools. Understanding of both Agile and Traditional SDLC Knowledge of
application testing and script writing. Knowledge of system data flow
diagrams Ability to interpret system high level design do***ents to
identify application changes. Proven ability to work under pressure
and be able to multi task Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Highly developed understanding of and experience with all
areas of QA testing
Desired Skills Experience in or knowledge of the Capability Maturity
Model (CMM) for Software. Managerial experience in Quality Assurance.
Software QA certifications a plus =B7 Experience with MSFT office,
including power point, word, excel, project, access, and SharePoint.
Strong desire for quality and a customer-centered approach and
philosophy. Strong prioritization skills and ability to make
decisions. Ability to professionally work in a team-oriented
environment. Focused on software quality and reusability. Ability to
work and communicate with the Test Manager/ Project Manager/customer
contact to seek feedback; refining plans based on this feedback.
Ability to manage day-to-day logistics and dynamics within the team to
keep efficiency, morale high. Experience with programming languages.
Formal software test training or test certification. Performance,
Stress and Load testing using an automation tool. Automation test tool
experience.
