Quality Engineer
seeking a Quality Engineer to work in the Quality Engineering
Department. The Quality Engineer will utilize advanced, analytical
tools and techniques to define, quantify, and improve product and
process quality. Apply engineering/ technical skills and statistical
techniques to make recommendations and carry out quality improvements.
Sup****t manufacturing and new product development efforts. The focus
of this position will be on the continual improvement of existing
processes, and sup****ting the efforts of the development and
validation of new processes. The successful candidate will also apply
problem solving techniques to identify and resolve quality issues to
ensure customer satisfaction. Daily functions include: Analyze,
integrate, and re****t customer-specific requirements and customer
manual reviews; prepare and control sample submission packages to meet
the external Production Part Approval Process; utilize appropriate
tools to manage and coordinate Root Cause Analysis, in the development
of effective Corrective Actions needed to address internal and
external concerns; proficient in the development, implementation, and
use of Process Flows, the Failure Mode Effect Analysis tool, Control
Plans, and statistical analysis techniques for product and process
improvement. Other duties will include; Evaluate and re****t compliance
of processes to meet internal, product, and process audit requirements
utilizing the internal auditor system; sup****t all Quality System
functions with data re****ting and analysis using appropriate Sigma
tools and statistical software and Maintain and update the current
product specification requirement system, which defines and
communicates product requirements internally.
