Software Engineers/ QA Tests Leads
Multiple Software Test lead and Coordinator positions responsible for
leading the testing of Host-based applications, Device Management and
embedded applications. * Providing schedule and resource estimates and
managing the priorities of multiple projects * Analyzing business,
technical and functional requirements and transferring them into a
sup****ting test plan and test case implementation adhering to software
test guidelines and standards * Coordinating the work schedules/
requirements/issues with other groups, including product=92s development
leads, other test and quality assurance groups (both local and
remote), technical writing and engineering teams * Working in a fast-
paced, team-oriented, dynamic environment, under aggressive deadlines
* Troubleshooting and solving problems in a timely fa****on * Working
with a variety of technical and product teams * Ensure the team
monitors and investigates new technology and develops associated test
strategies and software * Sup****t the initiatives of the department-
wide test process improvements and ensures that the team complies with
the existing procedures and standards
Requirements Software Test Lead: Testing- Manual & Automated * B.S or
equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied
Computing, or Math=92s is required (GPA 3.5/4.0) * 4+ years experience
in testing including acting as testing lead for project * Test
Automation experience =96 Visual Test, Scripting, Loadrunner, QTP or
other market leading automation tools * Operating System Experience =96
Windows (Client and Server), Mac (OS X), and Linux * Applications (MS
Word, Excel, MS Project, Drive Imaging Software, Disk Partitioning
Software) * Computer Hardware Experience (building systems, installing
hardware/drivers, troubleshooting) * Familiarity with 3rd party
business applications like Filenet, Pharos and Do***entum. *
Familiarity with and ability to apply Software Test best practices is
required * Experience debugging/troubleshooting software/Hardware
issues is required ****** *Development background with any of the
following languages =96 .NET, C, C++, Visual Basic, Java, HTML
Requirements: Test Coordinators : 3 years of experience Test
coordinator role responsible for the testing of Windows and Mac. *BS
degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related
field. Position requires test experience with 3+ years hands-on work
experience in a software or system test role. * Test Automation
experiences a plus =96 GUI Automation, Scripting, etc. * Software or
System Test experience * Extensive Operating System Experience =96
Windows (Client and Server), Mac (OS X), and Linux * Applications (MS
Word, MS Excel, MS Project, etc.) * Computer Hardware Experience
(building systems, installing hardware/drivers,
troubleshooting)*Programming/ Development background a plus with
either =96 .NET, C, C++, Visual Basic, Java, HTML.
