Engineering Designerfor our division office in Columbia, Maryland.
Consider a new op****tunity that offers extensive exposure to design and
approval processes in residential land development projects! Using AutoCAD
2004 and working with outside regulatory agencies and an internal team of
surveyors, designers & autoCAD technicians, the Civil Engineering
Designer will design new residential subdivisions for Toll Brothers
communities. Responsibilities include extensive work with existing feature
plans, adjusting and creating contours & as-built drawings, as well as
preparing plot plans & record plats, and the overall design of
remedial & surface grading.
Qualifications: * Familiarity with subdivision planning/design, value
engineering, zoning restrictions and permitting * 3-5 years of experience
using Land Desktop for site layout, including grading & drainage,
road, storm, sanitary, erosion & sediment control, and/or stormwater
management design * EIT certification is a plus We offer an excellent
