Description: My client is a global Fortune 100 company that offers
controls, management and systems solutions. They are seeking a skilled
Industrial Engineer with a solid Lean Manufacturing background. This
positions main responsibility is the implementation of Lean Manufacturing
concepts within the manufacturing facility. Some of the Lean principles
targted are
5-S, Quick Changeover and Standardized Work.
Some duties include:
- Training all employees on Lean Manufacturing
- Do***ent all improvements, metrics and training completed
- Perform any special studies that are requested by management
- Develop the Lean skill set of all supervisors and front line leaders
An engineering degree along with 5+ years of experience in Lean
Manufacturing is required.
