Description: The qualified applicant will design, perform, and summarize
validations for new and upgraded manufacturing equipment and processes, as
well as guide Engineering and Quality groups in the application of Quality
Management principles for projects.
Performs final review of test data/re****ts to ensure conformance to the
established specifications and other related standard operating procedures
Investigates deviations to determine the impact on the product quality,
the cause and corrective actions to preclude further deviations of a
similar nature
Reviews technical re****ts and other sources of information to ensure that
validations and procedures are consistent with current industry, regulatory
requirements, and current technology
Prepares, executes, and finalizes protocols (VMP, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PV) for
validating new and improved pharmaceutical manufacturing processes,
equipment and products
Evaluates technical problems and provides recommendations for corrective
actions
Writes, collects, organizes and compiles data and re****ts to provide
information for use by upper management or to comply with regulatory
requirements
Interfaces with a variety of disciplines to evaluate applicability of
existing methods
Interface with Management personnel in Engineering, Manufacturing,
Regulatory Compliance, and other technical disciplines
Represent QA/Validation in project teams, with the objective to assure
that departmental quality objectives are met
Provides technical information and sup****t to other disciplines to assure
that company products and processes conform to regulatory and industry
requirements
Designs, conducts and evaluates scientific studies to develop and/or
validate test methods for use by the applicable functional group
Reviews specifications for new components and products
