Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering
or Architecture with emphasis on construction project management or
equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years experience as Construction
Manager/Project Manager on construction projects or related industry. Must
have experience with new construction and renovation projects. Excellent
communication skills: written and oral. Must be proficient with Microsoft
Office Suite and project management software. Must have a valid drivers
license.
Job Description : Project Manager will provide daily oversight, management
and execution of pre-construction, construction and post-construction
services to various construction projects on an assigned basis. Will have
operational responsibility for developing, administering and monitoring
project activities including pre-construction, start-up, field operations,
close-out, post construction. Will bring project in on time and within
budget and will provide guidance to the construction team, contractors,
sub-contractors, suppliers. Will maintain regular communication with
client, project team, project management for the life of the project to
include re****t writing, budget management, presentations and project
tracking. Other duties as needed.
