Request Notes: The Process Engineer will Sup****t development &
implementation of process capabilities to meet Business needs for emerging
Global Services. In***bent will be responsible for identifying operations
process requirements and developing the capabilities to meet them in
sup****t of operations. Responsibilities will include interfacing with
users, providing performance and reliability analyses, identification of
gaps and sup****t resolution to achieve successful deployment. In***bent
will also be responsible for ensuring linkages/communication with Core
process peers/partners to ensure continuity and consistency across process
activities. Activities include providing input into user requirements, M&P
development and delivery, creating and/or revising process do***entation
and the ability to perform process gap analysis. Experience in Service
Delivery and Billing, preferred. AVPN, EVPN, FR, IPeFR, ATM, PL, and/or
International Data Operations knowledge is highly desirable. Skills and
knowledge of telecommunication target architecture systems such as GIOM,
EFMS, USRP, ANSB, ICORE and CADM preferred .
