Java Programmers
Position Description:
AIG is currently looking for Java Programmers. Responsibilities
include:
=B7 Code, do***ent, implement and test modifications to complex
applications.
=B7 Perform basic software maintenance and programming i.e. single-user
set-up with a primary focus on implementation.
=B7 Write specifications to develop or modify software programs which
will improve the efficiency of the operating system.
=B7 Assist in developing and modifying relatively complex software.
=B7 Install new products and upgrades.
=B7 Perform problem determination and resolution and change management.
=B7 Produce project status re****ts.
=B7 Consult/assist with Lead or Senior Software Programmers.
=B7 Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Position Requirements: We are looking for people with a minimum of 1
year in-depth Java programming experience. Prefer individuals with
computer science, mathematics or engineering background with minimum of
bachelor degree. Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, or UDB is a plus. Insurance
or financial services experience a plus. Must be willing to be trained
in new technologies.
