J2EE Tech Lead/Senior Developer
Looking for an experienced J2EE Tech Lead/Senior Developer. The person
will be working with a team of similar individuals in a group that
works on concurrent J2EE projects with the help of offshore
developers. The ideal candidate will have the following
qualifications:
Employee Specifications
Experience Level: Minimum 7 years
Technical Skills: - J2EE (including JMS, LDAP, JDBC, etc.) - Websphere
5 or later - Relational Databases (Oracle, design and development) -
SQL - UNIX/Linux - Shell scripting (ksh, bash, perl, etc.) - OOAD
using UML and Rational Rose - Rational Unified Process
Non-technical Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork-oriented work ethics -Technical team leader****p experience
