Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for all phases of software
development, including design, coding, integration, and debugging of
major ****tions of software projects such as applications, web based
applications, device drivers, and/or embedded software. In addition
has responsibility of project architecture, scheduling, team
leader****p, and technical relation****ps with customers and suppliers,
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Conceptually design product and product line architecture * Assist
Product Managers with product line directions * Contribute to creating
a product Statement of Work * Develop and track project schedules and
budget * Coordinate activities of several engineers on multiple
projects to meet schedule and cost objective * Design and develop
organized, easy to read and modify software code * Lead, develop and
motivate junior software engineers and co-ops * Coordinator for 3rd
party development, technical liaison * Technical research and
investigation * Programming in high level or assembly languages *
Do***entation of all phases of a project * Debugging using emulators,
analyzers and similar tools * Coordinate and participate in design
review meetings * Prepare status re****ts * Performs functionality and
performance testing * Working with Electrical Engineers and
Technicians creating custom solutions * Occasional customer
interaction
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field * 7
or more years of experience in software development
