Technical QA Analyst The Technical QA Analyst will be responsible for
sup****ting new testing environments running on VMS and UNIX based
platforms. In addition, the candidate will process extract files, bulk
data input files, MQ Series testing and bringing up all test systems
every morning.
Required skills:
*Experience in quality assurance analysis, client testing sup****t and
technical application sup****t *Experience with close customer sup****t.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Windows XP, knowledge in Operating Systems
(Open VMS O/S and UNIX O/S) and scripting languages. *Knowledge of IBM
MQ Series related to real time messaging is a plus *Experience within
the financial services industry is a plus.
The job holder leads a team of testing specialists. S/he manages and
oversees test system configurations, test execution and test scripts
for complex integrated systems. S/he also manages client relations by
establi****ng and managing service objective expectations, setting
project priorities and coordinating and re****ting on testing
progress.
Minimum 7-10 years experience required. Job holder must have expertise
in testing tools S/he must be experienced in SPI activities at all
phases of IT projects and possess a working knowledge of Capability
Maturity Model, level 2 and 3 key process areas. S/he must also be an
effective oral and written communicator who can effectively run large
meetings and make presentations. Job holder must have previously
produced written materials in business and technical language.
