UI WEB DESIGNER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
* Produce low and high-fidelity prototypes using HTML and other
related technologies to demonstrate and test the UI and interactions.
* Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and software
engineers in producing successful solutions. * Maintain and update
user interface standards. * Work closely and well with other internal
teams and develop relation****ps to meet objectives * Become a subject
matter expert on the technology and business rules of our next
generation HR and Payroll software product * Meet expectations and
schedules established by yourself and your team.
Requirements Required Qualifications/Skills: * Demonstrated web design
experience with ****tfolio and/or URLs of past projects * Extensive
knowledge of CSS (2.0), HTML and XHTML (1.0) * Experience in software
product design (preferred) or graphic design * Understanding of and
passion for web technologies * Knowledge of user-centered design *
Efficiency in developing prototypes and effectiveness in assisting in
their implementation * Demonstrated creative and conceptual problem
solving skills to design, revise and deliver successful user
experiences * .Net Visual Studio, and javscript experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: * Net/C# programming experience *
SCRUM methodology * Agile Methodologies * Some experience with Data-
driven applications
Interpersonal Skills: * Strong teamwork attitude * Detail-oriented *
Excellent communicator * Demonstrated ability to work across different
teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
