Description: Silver Lake Center is a beautiful 120 bed skilled nursing
facility with a newly opened Transitional Care Unit. Currently seeking a
Licensed Practical Nurse for evening ****ft (part time).
In conjunction with the ADN/Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse
utilizes a general understanding of the principles of nursing and basic
physical *****sment skills in the development of and implementation of
individualized nursing care plans to ensure that the needs of the
customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of
nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per
****ft, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leader****p role.
The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for
practical or vocational nursing and must be currently licensed by the
State Board of Nursing.
Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
