Conduct strategic analyses and drive change that result in efficiency
gains to Lending Operations and delivers incremental economic value to the
overall business from credit loss reduction and improved profitability mix.
This is an individual contributor role that will provide solutions to
specific business questions raised by the senior management team. The role
will include conceptual planning and discussions, data extraction,
manipulation, analysis (segmentation, swap-in/swap-out, financial
modeling, trending, and forecasting, and statistical modeling),
interpretation of analysis results, formulation of recommendations,
presentation, and facilitate recommended changes. This is a highly visible
role with majority of presentations to senior management team in Lending
Operations and Credit Policy. Participate in cross-functional process
improvement business projects that include analytic component or require
analytic sup****t. Participate in strategy / direction setting for the
analytic team. Partner with credit policy to drive change. Interact of
data management and MIS/re****ting entities to ensure consistency in
analytics. Mentor other analysts.
Qualifications
o Strong analytical skills with 3+ years experience in data analysis
required. o 2+ years of experience with SAS and SQL required. o
Experience working with large datasets required. o BA or BS in
quantitative or business field o Strong communication and written
skills. o Strong presentation skills. o Oracle and MS Sql Server
experience preferred. o PC Skills- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio,
Access required. o Operations or Judgmental Lending background is
preferred. o Proven ability to build strong business relation****p with
cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.
