Description: The Senior Biostatistician will sup****t Phase I-II Studies.
As a member of the project team, work closely with representatives of
pharmacokinetics, medical affairs, clinical operations, data management,
SAS programming, and medical writing departments; advise on study design
and protocol development; primary responsibility to calculate required
sample size; provide randomization plan; write statistical analysis plans
and summarize statistical results for clinical study re****ts. Consult on
regulatory strategy and clinical development programs. Responsible for
the design and analysis of clinical trials, serve as a statistical liaison
with sponsors, and prepare analysis plans. Direct programmers in
performing statistical analyses and prepare key sections of clinical trial
re****ts and various regulatory do***ents. Requirements: knowledge of
statistical methods routinely used in clinical trials; experience with
processes for planning, data processing, analysis and re****ting of
clinical trials; knowledge of drug development processes, FDA and ICH
regulations applicable to the design, analysis and re****ting of clinical
trials and regulatory submissions; A MS with 5 years or PhD with 2 years
pharmaceutical experience
