BRRequest Notes: 1. Please reference Job Description below. 2. Call/Care
Center operates 12x5 6am-6pm PT M-F. 3. Possible change in schedule to
cover hours center operates. 4. OT as needed/approved by District Manager
- none should be expected. 5. Other duties/change in work within District
based on business need should be expected. Job Description * Responds to
incoming calls and email in a call center environment * Identifies and
categorizes callers request via Remedy ticketing system * Accurately and
concisely do***ents trouble or request as described by caller * Determines
action of ticket, researches, resolves and proactively updates customer
and/or necessary internal organizations with the latest progress *
Initiates and provides updates to customers on ticket status to keeps
customer informed of changes/enhancements to the plan of record *
Communicate official explanations of major outages to clients * Assigns
ticket as needed to appropriate operations groups for resolution *
Determines whether satisfactory and timely progress is being made by
responsible workgroup and escalates to management team as needed * *****s
callers situation and then routes live phone calls to appropriate
organizations for immediate assistance and/or is warranted by severity of
customer impact * Maintains detailed electronic database and physical
files as ticket workload is processed and customer issues are resolved *
Applies departmental processes while keeping the customer experience in
mind
