Services Team is seeking qualified candidates for a Government Solutions
Team Sup****t role. candidates must be a US citizen and are required to
obtain government security clearance. Background checks are part of the
clearance process. The job is a 4 days a week with 10 hour ****fts in a
24X7 Operational sup****t environment. Some substitute rotation during
off-****fts, including nights and weekends may be required. If selected,
your ****ft will be determined based on the business need and current ****ft
opening. This Level 3 candidate's primary responsibility is to provide
network security customer sup****t in a Fault Management and MACD Change
Management operations sup****t structure for new Government Solutions
customers. Candidate must be intermediate to advanced in Cisco PIX
firewall experience and possess advanced Cisco Router configuration and
troubleshooting experience. Candidate must be able to adapt to an
aggressive schedule and multitask efficiently. Checkpoint NG firewall and
IDS experience is preferred but not required. Any security related
certifications, including CISSP, all Cisco certifications, Checkpoint CCSA
and CCSE, Nokia and SUN Microsystems cerifications are also preferred. Unix
experience required.
