Job Description:
The in***bent is accountable for all activities leading to the deployment
of new services and features for this product. This position is primarily
responsible for all phases of the new services, through Introduction.
In***bent must have working knowledge and experience in the following
areas: Knowledge of manage product sets, such as Virtual Private
Networking, Managed Router Service, Manage and LAN/WAN, Data Network
Service (Frame Relay,OCX). Must be able to write User Requirements and
Business Requirements do***entation. Must have knowledge of Info
Mapping/Flow Charting/Desk Level Procedures; CAN/CNE preferred with
experience in the following Domains (IPFR,FR,VPN,IP)
Major Problems:
Interpreting new service feature into a set of requirements that can be
operationally sup****ted with minimal manual intervention;
Meeting customer expectations of the maintenance experience through
automation;
Automation System performance as it relates to the Business Customer Care
maintenance processes.
Skill Experience Need:
