Job Description:
The Telecommunication Managed Security Services Team is seeking qualified
candidates for Security Solutions Team Sup****t role. All candidates must
be a US citizen and are required to obtain government security clearance
once engaged. No prior security clearance is required. Background checks
are part of the clearance process (Public Trust Clearance) and must be
willing to work a determined ****ft in a 24/7/365 Operational sup****t
environment. Some substitute rotation during off-****fts, including nights
and weekends may be required. If selected, your ****ft will be determined
based on the business need and current ****ft opening. Scheduling does
include some flexibility to a 4 day on/3 day off schedule for non-first
****ft schedules, weekends may include a 3 day on/4 day off schedule, or a
5 day schedule is an option as well. This Level 3 candidate's primary
responsibility is to provide network security customer sup****t in a shared
environment sup****ting multiple customers in a Fault Management and MACD
Change Management operations sup****t structure for new a large number of
clientele. Candidate must be intermediate to advanced in Cisco PIX
firewall and Checkpoint NG (Nokia and Sun platforms) firewall experience
and possess advanced Cisco Router configuration and troubleshooting
experience. Lucent Brick firewall, IDS experience is preferred but not
required. Any security related certifications, including CISSP, all Cisco
certifications, Checkpoint CCSA and CCSE, Nokia and SUN Microsystems
certifications are also preferred. Unix experience required. Must be a US
Citizen. **Candidates hired for the Government projects will need credit
re****t run as a part of the background check process provided by their
agency
