Job Description:
Job responsibilities will consist of customizing existing data trans****t
processes to allow for specific customer requests. These customized
processes are expected to be manually intensive, but will be built to be
repeatable for multiple customers. Job will require quick learner to
immediately take responsibility for delivering the agreed to outcome by
coordinating the teams, scheduling/leading project team meetings, clearly
articulating direction, gaining concurrence, and delivering desired end
result. Job will require quick understanding of the existing processes,
the creation (includes problem solving) of the new customized process, and
the do***entation of the new customized process, both (written) in
Microsoft Word, and (process flow diagram) in MIcrosoft Visio.
Job will require the ability to manage multiple custom projects
simultaneously. Ideal candidate will have experience in data trans****t
(preferably within Telecommunication), process engineering, Visio, process
workflow do***entation, Word, project management, in delivering quality
output in a time constrained environment, and negotiating win/win
outcomes.
Candidate should have strong communication skills both written and verbal,
and strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task is mandatory. Data
Trans****t experience with legacy Telecommunication frame and ATM services
a benefit.
