Job Description:
1. Perform as Store Sup****t Center (SSC) sup****t and relief.
2. Must troubleshoot and resolve Tier II troubles.
3. Administer and maintain Voice Systems (analog, digital and VoIP).
4. Manage and maintain PBX, Voice Mail and Interchange system including
performing routine backups, re****ts, upgrades, patches, FTP server file
administration, etc.)
5. TDM Platform administration and maintenance including system
Feature/Functionality administration.
6. VoIP administration and maintenance including FTP server file
administration.
7. Manage, sup****t, and provide backups and re****ts when required for the
following systems: Voice Mail, CMS, Conversant, Polling PC (CAS) etc. 8.
Sup****t and manage Interchange and Voice Mail broadcast groups.
9. Adjunct administration and sup****t.
10. Music-on-hold administration and sup****t
11. Follow customer guidelines and requirements for communications
systems.
12. Provide sup****t on the above systems (where applicable) to customer's
remote locations.
13. Maintain equipment inventory and asset management complying with
customer demands such as: Hardcat, Asset Tags.
14. Managing Maintenance Contracts
15.Vendor equipment maintenance and contract management.
16. Vendor management.
17. Perform as project manager for small to medium size communications
projects.
18. Manage resources (Internal and External)
19. Procurement
20. Perform as a Communications Consultant to Cor****ate and Remote
End-users.
21. Train End-users in systems as applicable.
22. Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
23. Willing to perform other duties as requested.
24. Project management on daily projects.
25. Video Desk sup****t including and not limited to call scheduling,
equipment maintenance, and vendor escalation during upgrades and outages.
26. Establish and follow escalation guidelines both internally, and with
customer's multiple vendors and suppliers.
27. Process all orders for internal changes at customer site including
tracking and notifying users when order is complete.
28. Daily provisioning and maintenance of systems at customer's location
including IP, digital, modems, and fax lines as well as maintaining
internal records for E-911 and in-house billing.
29. Provision and maintain all existing and new LAN lines (both Cat5 and
Cat6) and its clients at customer location.
30. Responsible for installing and moving all data and voice circuits from
LEC D-marc to customers equipment, including testing and repairs.
31. Responsible for training Communications Coordinators in ordering
process, on a one-by-one basis and facilitating meetings when necessary.
Required Certifications:
-Certification One: CCNA
-Certification Two: MCSE
