worldwide Job Description:
This position is for a Tier3 Network Analyst who will work in a 7x24
network operations center monitoring and managing WAN, LAN and VOIP (Voice
over IP) networks for Domestic and international clients. Hours must be
flexible and may be rotational as determined by the needs of the business.
This position requires that the analyst be able to dynamically multitask on
diverse issues and work with customers in a fast pace SLA driven
environment; Engage equipment and service vendors that sup****t network
operations; Interface with client by responding to client requests and
notifying them of network problems and the impact on customer ??s
business; Interface with vendors as needed on client ??s behalf to resolve
network issues. The successful candidate MUST have demonstrable
Data-Networking knowledge and experience to include Cisco and/or Nortel
Routers, TCP/IP, and Circuit troubleshooting. This is an absolute
requirement for this position.
