Project Description: Network Operations Center (NOC) Analysts to work in
a 7x24 network operations center monitoring and managing WAN, LAN and VOIP
(Voice over IP) networks for Domestic and international clients. Hours must
be flexible and may be rotational as determined by the needs of the
business.
Job Description: This position requires that the analyst be able to
dynamically multi-task on diverse issues and work with customers in a fast
pace environment; Engage and interface with equipment and trans****t service
vendors who sup****t network operations; Interface with client by responding
to client requests and notifying them of network problems and the impact on
customers business.The successful candidate MUST have proven
Data-Networking knowledge and experience to include Cisco and/or Nortel
Routers, TCP/IP, and Circuit troubleshooting. Openings for 2nd, 3rd, and
weekend ****fts.Position requires a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience
in network management sup****t. Strong verbal and written communication
skills are a must.
