Description:   Customer Service Sup****t 

Job Description: The applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Data
Automation for Connectivity Maintenance. The in***bent will provide valid
and well-researched requirements to Telecommunication Labs that must
calculate into savings for the business for each op****tunity of automation
requested. The applicant will work with Telecommunication Labs to explain
requirements submitted. Applicant will review specifications from the Labs
to ensure correct code is submitted to programmers to achieve the requested
automation. Provide deep analysis of open and closed maintenance tickets to
determine automation successes and failures, and to determine process
issues within work centers. 

Skill Experience Need : 
1) ATM/Frame Relay Expert Required 
2) Private Line DS0, DS1  DS3 Expert Required 
3) International maintenance Intermediate Desired 
4) Business Requirement Development Intermediate Desired 
5) Critical Thinking skills Expert Required 
6) Written Communication Expert Required 
7) Oral Communication Expert Desired
