Description: The Biostatistician II is responsible for planning and
providing statistical analyses, summaries and re****ts of studies in
sup****t of product development and BLAs. He/she will work with study
sponsors in the design of clinical trials including sample size
determination and protocol development. The Statistician II will also be
responsible for writing and reviewing the statistical analysis sections of
clinical protocols, writing statistical analysis plans, creating
randomization schedules, reviewing CRFS and Data Management Plans,
conducting interim and final statistical analyses, and writing statistical
sections of the final re****ts. Work with the SAS programmers and provide
specifications of necessary analyses and summaries. He/she will be
responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the final results summaries
produced by the SAS programmers. A MS with 3+ years of experience with
statistical analysis of data obtained from phase I-III clinical trials or
studies in sup****t of BLAs/NDAs. Requires strong statistics skills and
experience with major statistical software packages such as SAS and
S-plus.
