Exceptional candidates are being sought for this unique op****tunity with
an
established, substantial and respected real estate development entity. The
in***bent will be responsible for the overall supervision and professional
management of land development fieldwork, including:
a.. Grading
b.. Sewer
c.. Water
d.. Streets
e.. Dry Utilities
Areas of responsibility include:
a.. Budgeting
b.. Bidding
c.. Contracting
d.. Scheduling
e.. Safety management
f.. Cost control
In addition, the in***bent will coordinate and interface with:
a.. Planning
b.. Engineering and design professionals
c.. Environmental consultants
d.. Contractors
e.. Jurisdictions
f.. Citizens and community groups
Re****ting responsibility is directly to the Vice-President of
Construction.
Qualified candidates will possess:
a.. Significant & successful experience with a single family
homebuilding
organization
b.. Familiarity with roads, utilities and infrastructure issues for
residential developments
c.. Advanced knowledge of land development procedures and practices,
project scheduling, project cost control and safety regulations
d.. Ideal candidates will be seasoned professionals with 5-10 years of
field related experience
