Job Description:

1 50% Of Time Essential
Under supervision of a senior substation engr., scope, estimate and
design replacement and additional components for 60, 115, 230 and 500
kV substations, including transformers, breakers, relays, control
buildings, SCADA and switchgear. Bid and order long lead-time material
including vendor evaluation.
2 30% Of Time Essential
Coordinate and communicate with the project team on smaller-scale
projects. Monitor engineering costs, schedule and overall performance
on projects. Provide proper do***entation and statusing. Work with
Senior engineer on larger projects.
3 20% Of Time Essential
Develop improved products and sourcing from vendors on assigned
equipment expertise.
Skills Requirement:
SELECTION CRITERIA
REQUIRED:
BS in Electrical Engineering
3 years of utility engineering experience
Managing for Results / Communication / Quality & Efficiency
PC Skills in Word, Excel and Windows
