Part Time Assistant To The President, San Antonio, TX
This company helps people use computers in the convenience of their home
or office. They provide services that include repairing, upgrading,
troubleshooting, protection and networking personal computers. They
started in 1993 and currently have stores in San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma
City, Tulsa, Kansas City, and St. Louis. They're hiring a Part Time
Assistant to the President in their San Antonio Market.
Candidates must be able to take direction and complete tasks on time.
Their ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented and a quick
learner with strong multitasking skills.
This person must possess:
1. A positive attitude.
2. A clear phone voice and the ability (they provide the phone) to conduct
business over the phone.
3. At least one year of Excel spreadsheet and MS Office experience.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
5. Basic Advertising and Marketing Knowledge a plus. You will learn the
ins and outs of placing and negotiating advertising.
6. Ability to contribute in a team environment.
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. (about 20 hours
per week)
