TW-1050 Signal Processing Technical Writer - Staff - Boston, MA (Local
Candidates Only)
Salary: BOE

A developer of mathematic modeling and simulation software has several
openings for technical writers in their Natick, MA office.

In this position you will be responsible for new and existing software
do***entation for signal processing and filter design products. The
writer
will prepare do***entation in printed, PDF, and online formats.

You will work closely with the development team to research, plan,
write,
and update new and existing software user do***entation. You will be
an
active participant in development team planning, specifications, and
testing
of product features. You will also contribute to and coordinate
do***entation group projects that improve the quality and
effectiveness of
the do***entation and do***entation processes.


Requirements:

o. Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics or physics (Required)
o. Experience technical writing for an engineering audience (Required)
o. Advanced technical or scientific degree(s) a plus
o. Experience with an XML authoring tools a plus
o. Experience with simulation and modeling products a plus
o. Experience with signal processing theory and time-frequency
analysis a major plus
