TW-1052 Technical Writer - Contract - Pueblo, CO (Local Candidates

A manufacturing company in Pueblo, CO needs a technical writer to
create Operational Method Sheets (OMS). Their definition of an OMS is
a do***ent that is graphical in nature and provides an operator with a
complete set of instructions to do complex assemblies, preventative
maintenance tasks, material handling and machine loading/unloading
operations.
The format they use is Power Point slides that are displayed
electronicall on a flat panel computer screen at the point of use for
the production operators. They use digital pictures and video as much
as possible to reduce the amount of text on the do***ent.
They estimate the project should take about 100 hours, but there may
be more work after that. You can probably do some of the work from a
home office but frequent meetings onsite are required, so you must be
within commuting distance of Pueblo.

manufacturing company
o. What is your 1099 bill rate for this project would be (we need a
