A leading biotech company is looking for an experience do***entation
manager to lead one of their teams of technical writers.
You will be responsible for the management of projects and the direct
supervision of writers: The manager plans, staffs, and tracks
projects and ensures that the information deliverables meet the needs
of their global customers. The manager supervises their staff to set
priorities, to ensure department procedures are followed, to monitor
productivity, and to ensure the desired results are achieved. The
manager works closely with the Senior Manager to ensure work
activities align with business objectives.
You will also play a key role in developing their content management
system strategy.
Requirements:
o. 3+ years experience managing a team of technical writers
(Required) . Experience leading the implementation of DITA-based
content management systems (Required)
o. Degree or certification in a related field (Required)
