Description: Our client is seeking a full time or contract-to-hire IS
Security Administrator/Analyst. Qualified candidate will be responsible
for information security administration as it relates to all IBC ISeries
(AS400) computer processing platforms. This includes development and
maintenance of system security. Assist in the administration of all
security related areas. This person must have a firm understanding of
cor****ate culture regarding the im****tance of security.
Required Skills
· 3-5 years experience as a security administrator in a large cor****ation.
· Thorough working knowledge of AS400 and other industry standard security
systems.
· Thorough knowledge of networks, operating systems, hardware, software
and utilities.
· Working knowledge of two or more of the following: ACF2, Windows NT,
AS400 and UNIX security features.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proven experience in current security strategies and systems that
provide controls for a wide range of environments.
· Must have strong problem solving skills.
· Working knowledge of Internet/Intranet security control features.
· Ability to quickly absorb technical information.
Desired Skills
· Security, network and operating systems in a multi-platform environment.
· 1-2 years experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
